Families can laugh, families can play, but most of all, families are people who care. Grace Manor has tried since the onset of its birth, to do one thing well, caring. Our success is characterized by the services we provide.
Executive Director: Daniel V.
Daniel was raised in Portland OR, and started his undergraduate work at Portland State University. During his junior year, his parents moved to Southern California, where Daniel followed and transferred to the University of California, to finish his bachelors in Biology. Daniel wanted to pursue dentistry, but life had a different route for him. Being around seniors from the age of six, it seemed natural that he would pursue a career in senior living. After finishing his undergraduate work he moved with his parents to Centralia Washington for a short period of time, before settling in Eugene, OR in July of 2007. An opportunity became available for Daniel to attend Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry, where he received his Master of Ministry. Daniel has been at Grace Manor for over 11 years now, and the executive director for over 5 years. In his free time he enjoys watching football, cycling and kayaking. He is married to an amazing and beautiful woman named Maggie and has three very active boys Alex, Matthew and Nathan.
Resident Care Coordinator: Brooke H.
Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends. She finds enjoyment in helping those who aren't able to help themselves. From a young age, a strong work ethic was taught-this has made Brooke the dependable, reliable and hard working employee that she is today.
Cook: Tammie H.
Tammie started working at Grace Manor in 2007 and likes the creativity that cooking and baking bring. "It's a fulfilling job to see the residents happy at mealtimes!" She is also an accomplished seamstress, loves gardening and spending time with her family.
Maintenance Director: Pablo P.
I enjoy working with my hands and have done many types of jobs, so I am familiar with all kinds of repairs. I have worked for a long time in a boat factory, I've also worked in restaurants, and now I enjoy serving the seniors at Grace Manor. I do minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and I even drive the residents to their appointments, but more than that I am there for the residents when they need a helping hand, and that's what I love.
We hope that you enjoy your new home! Our priority is that you are comfortable and feel welcome here. Our continued success in providing a quality lifestyle for you is very important to all of us here at Grace Manor.
